THE MADONNA OF THE ROSARY
The Sanctuary also has the Confraternita of the Rosary, whom are the owners of the Rosary Chapel and another large chapel. In the Rosary Chapel you can admire other than the statues of St. Francis and St. Antony, other pictures from the 700's, a splendid block painting of Francesco Guarini (1645) which in a harmonious composition presents the Madonna giving a rosary to St. Dominic. In the scene are also present the Saints: Pio V, Thomas of Aquino, Caterina da Siena, Rosa da Lima and Peter Martyr.
